Job Description

• Performing full spectrum of HR duties
• Knowledge in full set of payroll is a must
• Responsible for timely recruitment and selection to high caliber employees in order to meet manpower’s needs and business objectives
• Review, implement, administer the compensation and benefits policies and payroll administration
• Implement and review HR policies and procedures and develop the overall HR strategies that are in line with the overall business strategies

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in HRM/Business Admin
• Minimum 2 years experiences in managing full spectrum of HR function, preferably in F&B industry.
• Able to work independently
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Posses good problem solving and analytical skills
• Well versed in local employment legislation
• Only those who can start immediately or within short notice

HR Executive (Training and Development)

HR Responsibilities:

• Manage a full spectrum of training and development functions in the organisation to achieve corporate and business objectives
• Plan, manage and conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop the annual training plan
• Coordinate training activities, conduct training and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintain up to date training records and generate training and development statistics
• Provide organizational development services, including developing and implementing measures to enhance employee and organizational performance.
• Design, facilitate and conduct various in house programs - include New Employee On-boarding, leadership, team building, e-learning and succession planning
• Responsible and administer training grants
• Review, recommend and advise on all course applications to ensure relevance to Company and employee’s development needs
• To administer all sponsorships and bonds for external short course, in-house training programmes, educational and professional development programmes
• Manage training costs and budgets for the organization

Job Requirements:
• Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience
• Excellent communication, language, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to interact well with all level of staff
• Proactive and independent worker
• Strong analytical, problem solving and follow up skills
• Good team player and strong customer orientation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)

Job Details:

• Location: East
• Work Week: 5 days (8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Salary: $2500
• Transport provided at various location (AMK, CCK, Jurong, Hougang, Marsiling, Sengkang, Tampinese, Yishun)

Human Resource Manager

The HR Manager is responsible for the management of all aspects of the HR function across all the locations throughout Southeast Asia. This is a key position in the support function reporting to the Senior Vice President of the region and with a dotted line to Vice President, Human Resources.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree, preferably in the Business Administration or HR Management with 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience
• Manage effectively the localisation of HR processes in the region and understand the business logic of HR processes
• Able to work across different cultures with good interpersonal skills
• A self-starter, well-organised and able to work independently to implement and develop policies
• Some traveling is required
