Job Description

• Performing full spectrum of HR duties
• Knowledge in full set of payroll is a must
• Responsible for timely recruitment and selection to high caliber employees in order to meet manpower’s needs and business objectives
• Review, implement, administer the compensation and benefits policies and payroll administration
• Implement and review HR policies and procedures and develop the overall HR strategies that are in line with the overall business strategies

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in HRM/Business Admin
• Minimum 2 years experiences in managing full spectrum of HR function, preferably in F&B industry.
• Able to work independently
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Posses good problem solving and analytical skills
• Well versed in local employment legislation
• Only those who can start immediately or within short notice

Job Details

• Salary: Up to $2,500
• Location: Kallang Way
• Work week: 5 days
