Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to phone enquires regarding utility matters
• Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and complaints
• Meet productivity and quality standards

Job Requirements:

• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess initiative & the ability to work under pressure in a fast-pace environment
• Possess strong numeric and problem-solving skills
• A team player with positive service mindset
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Diploma in any discipline from a local polytechnic, preferably with 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in a call centre environment
