Correspondence - Customer Care Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Reply to queries on utility accounts
• Make payment arrangements with customers on settlement of their utility bill
• Attend to customers at the customer service centre when assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline from a local polytechnic
• Preferably with 1 – 2 years experience in customer service
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is a must
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
• Good written and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
